Bansal Wire Ind. Q4 net profit up 12.03% at Rs 33.62 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 33.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 30.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.57 per cent at Rs 1,108.06 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 896.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.94 per cent to Rs 1,047.94 crore from Rs 838.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6.82 per cent at Rs 4.70 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.40 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.69 per cent to Rs 60.11 crore as against Rs 57.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.94 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 7.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.89 per cent at Rs 7.51 crore (Mar'25 Rs 13.88 crore).
