Consolidated Con. posts Q4 net loss of Rs 2.00 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 2.00 crore compared to net profit of Rs 10.71 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 135.24 per cent at Rs 103.20 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 126.03 per cent to Rs 111.48 crore from Rs 49.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.96 per cent at Rs 10.20 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 28.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 51.93 per cent to Rs -8.28 crore as against Rs -5.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 35.29 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 94.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 206.25 per cent at Rs -0.49 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.16 crore).
