Lumax Auto Technolog - Amalgamation/Merger

Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that in respect of the Scheme of Amalgamation between IAC International Automotive India Private Limited ( Transferor Company ) and Lumax Auto Technologies Limited ( Transferee Company ) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench ('Hon'ble NCLT') has, vide its order dated April 15, 2026, received by the Company today i.e.; April 22, 2026, allowed/reserved the order with respect to the Second Motion petition.
