Speciality Medicines Limited secures Rs 14 cr International Distribution Deal

Speciality Medicines Limited has announced the finalisation of a commercial agreement with an international partner engaged in the import and distribution of pharmaceutical finished products, marking a step forward in its growth strategy.

Under the agreement, the overseas entity will distribute, market, and sell the company’s products, with the deal valued at around USD 1.5 million (approximately ?14 crore), subject to mutually agreed terms and conditions.

The company stated that the arrangement is expected to strengthen its global distribution network and support revenue growth. It also clarified that none of its promoters or group companies have any interest in the transaction, and the deal does not qualify as a related party transaction.
