Lumax Auto Technolog - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with respect to the order dated April 15, 2026, received by the Company on April 22, 2026, passed by the Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench in respect of the Scheme of Amalgamation between IAC International Automotive India Private Limited (Transferor Company) and Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, wherein the Hon'ble NCLT has allowed/reserved the order with respect to the Second Motion petition.
