PNB Gilts Q4 net profit down 82.68% at Rs 12.99 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 75.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 82.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.28 per cent at Rs 424.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 418.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 674.54 per cent to Rs 93.41 crore from Rs 12.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.69 per cent to Rs 330.70 crore as against Rs 406.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.72 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 2.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 315.79 crore, while Taxation decreased by 95.16 per cent at Rs 1.17 crore (Mar'25 Rs 24.17 crore).
