Emiac Technologies Ltd. debuts with 10.00% premium at Rs 107.80

Emiac Technologies Ltd. makes a strong debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 107.80 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 10.00 per cent premium to its issue price of Rs 98.00.

The company, which raised 0.32 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 0 times, receiving bids for 0 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 32.40 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Mar 27 to Apr 08.

Following a strong opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 111.00 and a low of Rs 107.80, before closing the session up by 11.01 per cent to its listing price at Rs 108.79 on the BSE.
