Craftsman Automation - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And

We wish to inform you about the extension of Long stop date under the APA entered into between Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Limited(WOS) and Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited(SPRL) from 31st March, 2026 to 30th June 2026 and will complete the proposed transaction in multiple tranches. Accordingly, Sunbeam and SPRL have entered into an Amendement Agreement to the APA dated 27th March, 2026 and closing formality of the second tranche of the proposed transaction is expected to be completed on or before 30th June, 2026 .
