Ather Energy Limited has expanded its service network to 500 authorised centres across India, nearly doubling its footprint over the past year in line with its growing retail presence.
The company increased its service centres from 277 to 500 in FY26, strengthening after-sales support as demand for its electric scooters continues to rise. Ather has maintained a focus on ensuring service availability in every city where it operates, aiming to make EV ownership more seamless and convenient.
To enhance customer experience, Ather has introduced Gold Service Centres equipped with modern lounges, advanced tools, and transparent service processes. Its ExpressCare initiative, offering 60-minute periodic maintenance, is currently available at 82 locations.
The expansion comes amid strong demand for models such as the Ather 450 series and the Rizta scooter, helping the company tap into a wider customer base across Tier-1, Tier-2, and emerging cities.
Ather is also scaling its retail network, with plans to reach 700 Experience Centres by FY26, up from 600 as of December 2025.
In parallel, the company continues to strengthen charging infrastructure through the Ather Grid, which includes over 4,357 fast-charging points and neighbourhood chargers, supporting a more robust EV ecosystem in India.
