Aarnav Fashions - Disclosure under Regulation 30A of LODR

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are delighted to inform you that the Company has received approval for listing and Trading from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (\NSE\) for its 4,22,38,628 (Four Crore Twenty Two lakh Thirty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Eight) equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten)each. The approval was granted vide NSE letter dated February 23, 2026, bearing Ref. No. NSE/LIST/240. A copy of the said letter is also enclosed herewith for your reference.\r\n\r\nAccordingly, the company's equity shares will be listed and traded on the NSE with effect from February 25, 2026, under the symbol \AARNAV\.\r\nIt is requested to take the note of the same.
