Vedanta - Board Meeting Intimation for Intimation Of Meeting Of Committee Of Directors Proposed To Be Held On Wednesday, Febr

Vedanta Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(1) and (2) along with Regulation 50(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that the Company proposes to hold a meeting of its duly constituted Committee of Directors on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 to consider the proposal for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis as part of its routine refinancing that is undertaken in ordinary course of business.\r\n\r\nThe above issuance is pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution passed at its meeting held on January 31, 2025.\r\n\r\nRequest you to kindly take the above on your records.\r\n
