Steelco Gujarat - Cancellation In Record Date Of Right Issue

This is in regard to our earlier intimation dated February 18, 2026 vide which we have informed that the Record Date for the Rights Issue would be February 24, 2026 along with other timeline for the Rights Issue. Due to some fundamental changes which is important in this regard, it has been decided to cancel the Record Date and hereby in timeline. New Record Date will be announced in due course along with other details in respect to timeline of the issue.
