With reference to the subject cited, this is to inform the Exchange that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Western Ministil Limited held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the registered office of the Company, the following were considered and approved: \r\n\r\n1. Allotment of Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis\r\n\r\nAllotment of 4,68,562 (Four Lakhs Sixty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Two) Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis at an issue price of ?10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per warrant, pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 24, 2025, and In-Principle Approval received from BSE Limited on February 02, 2026.
