Filatex Fashions Q3 net profit down 99.04% at Rs 0.03 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 99.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 59.21 per cent at Rs 21.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 55.09 per cent to Rs 21.57 crore from Rs 48.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 78.46 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 98.03 per cent to Rs 0.10 crore as against Rs 5.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 95.39 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 96.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 98.91 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.84 crore).
