Priti International Q3 net profit down 87.59% at Rs 0.18 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 87.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 77.70 per cent at Rs 4.83 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 75.34 per cent to Rs 5.01 crore from Rs 20.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.92 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.78 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 113.43 per cent to Rs -0.18 crore as against Rs 1.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 160.10 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 88.24 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.51 crore).
