Ruby Mills Q3 net profit down 35.65% at Rs 9.46 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.73 per cent at Rs 80.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.71 per cent to Rs 65.67 crore from Rs 50.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 36.95 per cent at Rs 5.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.02 per cent to Rs 14.32 crore as against Rs 13.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.40 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 310.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.68 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.81 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.54 crore).
