Declaration of interim dividend of ? 1.40 (One Rupee and Forty Paisa) per equity share of ? 10 (Ten) each, which will lead to a total outflow of ? 28,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs), to those equity shareholders whose names would appear in the register of members on the cut-off date.\r\n\r\n2.
