Racl Geartech Q3 net profit jumps 91.13% at Rs 14.66 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.66 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 91.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.47 per cent at Rs 130.81 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 109.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.81 per cent to Rs 100.60 crore from Rs 84.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1130.77 per cent at Rs 3.20 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.72 per cent to Rs 30.21 crore as against Rs 24.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.85 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 26.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.28 crore, while Taxation increased by 94.16 per cent at Rs 4.99 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.57 crore).
