Nova Agritech Q3 net profit down 73.48% at Rs 1.48 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.48 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.40 per cent at Rs 24.47 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.96 per cent to Rs 22.53 crore from Rs 35.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 436.36 per cent at Rs 1.18 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 75.87 per cent to Rs 1.94 crore as against Rs 8.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 57.31 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 11.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.86 crore, while Taxation decreased by 104.85 per cent at Rs -0.08 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.65 crore).
