Usha Financial Serv. Q3 net profit jumps 44.84% at Rs 6.59 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.59 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.67 per cent at Rs 19.18 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.29 per cent to Rs 3.53 crore from Rs 3.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.30 per cent to Rs 15.66 crore as against Rs 12.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.00 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 11.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 82.19 per cent at Rs 2.66 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.46 crore).
