Ratnamani Metals Q3 net profit down 39.61% at Rs 87.90 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 87.90 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 145.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 38.59 per cent at Rs 794.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,293.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.06 per cent to Rs 657.88 crore from Rs 1,079.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 109.60 per cent at Rs 28.59 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 13.64 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.22 per cent to Rs 136.45 crore as against Rs 213.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 74.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.50 per cent at Rs 29.91 crore (Dec'24 Rs 54.88 crore).
