Bombay Super Hybrid Q3 net profit down 14.00% at Rs 7.74 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.94 per cent at Rs 107.48 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 127.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.98 per cent to Rs 97.90 crore from Rs 117.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 43.84 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.73 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.62 per cent to Rs 9.58 crore as against Rs 9.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.67 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 27.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.96 crore, while Taxation increased by 576.92 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
