Jay Bharat Marut Q3 net profit zooms 364.94% at Rs 17.90 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.90 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 364.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.28 per cent at Rs 645.49 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 590.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.44 per cent to Rs 574.62 crore from Rs 555.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.86 per cent at Rs 0.86 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 101.54 per cent to Rs 70.88 crore as against Rs 35.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 84.54 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 39.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.91 crore, while Taxation increased by 416.49 per cent at Rs 10.02 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.94 crore).
