NGL Fine-Chem Q3 net profit zooms 1789.74% at Rs 14.74 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1789.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.49 per cent at Rs 126.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 86.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.57 per cent to Rs 106.24 crore from Rs 83.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3026.67 per cent at Rs 4.69 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 465.92 per cent to Rs 20.09 crore as against Rs 3.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 288.75 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 76.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 15366.67 per cent at Rs 4.64 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
