Persistent Systems has declared 440% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

Persistent Systems Ltd. on Tuesday, 20 January 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 440 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 27 January 2026.

The last five dividends are 300% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 July 2025), 400% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 31 January 2025), 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 09 July 2024), 320% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 30 January 2024) and 100% Special dividend (Ex Date : 11 July 2023).
