Maruti Suzuki begins export of Victoris SUV, to be sold globally as ‘Across’

Maruti Suzuki India on Friday announced the commencement of exports of its mid-size sports utility vehicle Victoris to international markets.

The country’s largest carmaker said that over 450 units have been shipped from Mundra Port and Pipavav Port to overseas destinations.

The SUV will be marketed globally under the name ‘Across’ and is expected to be sold in around 100 countries and regions, including Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, the company said in a statement.
