Tech Mahindra Q3 net profit up 12.29% at Rs 963.80 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 963.80 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 858.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.13 per cent at Rs 12,308.30 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11,176.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.48 per cent to Rs 10,646.40 crore from Rs 9,998.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 22.67 per cent at Rs 135.10 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 174.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 41.16 per cent to Rs 1,661.90 crore as against Rs 1,177.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.21 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 21.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 72.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.88 per cent at Rs 296.90 crore (Dec'24 Rs 216.90 crore).
