HCL Technologies Q3 net profit down 15.43% at Rs 2982.00 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2,982.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3526.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.80 per cent at Rs 15,239.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13,274.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.85 per cent to Rs 9,849.00 crore from Rs 8,287.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.41 per cent at Rs 291.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 344.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.08 per cent to Rs 5,390.00 crore as against Rs 4,987.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.86 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 65.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 63.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.32 per cent at Rs 1,058.00 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1,154.00 crore).
