Coal India has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended December 31, 2025

As of December 2025, 63.13% is owned by Indian Promoters and 36.87% by Public.

Institutional holds 30.75% (Insurance Companies 12.94%) and Non-Institutional holds 5.98% as Public shareholders.

Top Promoter holding highest number of shares of Coal India company is President Of India (38907.36 lakhs shares / 63.13%).
