Antariksh Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/12/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to provisions of the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we hereby like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 3rd December, 2025, inter alia to:\r\n\r\n1. Consider the proposal for issue of bonus shares to the public shareholders of the Company in order to achieve compliance with the Minimum Public Shareholding requirements mandated under rule 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 read with regulation 38 of\r\nthe Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and to declare record date for the said purpose.\r\n\r\n2.
