Precot Q2 net profit down 33.11% at Rs 7.03 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.64 per cent at Rs 204.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 242.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.64 per cent to Rs 188.32 crore from Rs 225.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 79.50 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.85 per cent to Rs 25.22 crore as against Rs 27.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.07 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 4.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.14 per cent at Rs 1.61 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.94 crore).
