Prakash Steelage Ltd Q2 net profit down 67.86% at Rs 0.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.18 per cent at Rs 25.06 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.04 per cent to Rs 24.76 crore from Rs 19.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 89.13 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.10 per cent to Rs 0.29 crore as against Rs 0.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.35 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 76.92 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
