Hariom Pipe Industri Q2 net profit down 33.84% at Rs 10.42 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.87 per cent at Rs 335.87 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 314.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.82 per cent to Rs 293.15 crore from Rs 271.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 4.26 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.73 per cent to Rs 42.72 crore as against Rs 42.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.71 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 39.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.10 per cent at Rs 3.88 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.80 crore).
