AB Cotspin India Q2 net profit zooms 110.86% at Rs 3.69 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.69 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 110.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 37.76 per cent at Rs 50.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 47.61 per cent to Rs 39.31 crore from Rs 75.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 88.64 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.44 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 79.27 per cent to Rs 11.33 crore as against Rs 6.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 188.27 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 17.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 89.09 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.55 crore).
