Panache Digilife Q2 net profit down 3.27% at Rs 1.48 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 66.54 per cent at Rs 39.02 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 77.04 per cent to Rs 36.47 crore from Rs 20.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 105.56 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.89 per cent to Rs 2.55 crore as against Rs 2.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 45.86 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 6.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.69 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.09 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.53 crore).
