With reference to above, we hereby inform you that consequent to change in management of the Company, the Board of the company have authorised Mrs. Ekta Shyamlal Haryani, the Managing Director of the Company and Mr. Ankur Vasudevbhai Patel, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Ms. Namrata Sureshkumar Jain, the Company Secretary of the Company jointly to determine materiality of any event or information for the purpose of Regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure) Requirements Regulations, 2015.
