Alkali Metals posts Q2 net loss of Rs 0.91 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.91 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1.90 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.26 per cent at Rs 18.77 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.11 per cent to Rs 18.59 crore from Rs 20.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 178.26 per cent to Rs 0.18 crore as against Rs -0.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 186.49 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 47.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.42 crore
