RS Software (India) posts Q2 net loss of Rs 5.37 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 5.37 crore compared to net profit of Rs 5.86 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 64.71 per cent at Rs 6.07 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.46 per cent to Rs 10.22 crore from Rs 10.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 58.33 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 165.10 per cent to Rs -4.16 crore as against Rs 6.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 284.31 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore
