Kritika Wires Q2 net profit down 53.28% at Rs 1.14 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.26 per cent at Rs 179.63 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 158.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.31 per cent to Rs 174.61 crore from Rs 155.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 73.71 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 60.38 per cent to Rs 5.02 crore as against Rs 3.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.62 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 14.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 61.86 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.97 crore).
