Aspinwall and Co Q2 net profit down 33.63% at Rs 2.25 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.28 per cent at Rs 80.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 72.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.11 per cent to Rs 81.08 crore from Rs 68.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.57 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.06 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 112.79 per cent to Rs -0.55 crore as against Rs 4.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 111.45 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 151.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 500.00 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.07 crore).
