Dabur India - Intimation Of Record Date For Interim Dividend

Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2025, the Company has fixed 07.11.2025 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the name of Members/Beneficial Owners entitled to receive the Interim Dividend on equity shares for FY 2025-26, if declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on 30.10.2025.
