Sudarshan Pharma Ind Q2 net profit down 38.03% at Rs 4.40 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.09 per cent at Rs 167.01 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 123.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 43.42 per cent to Rs 157.40 crore from Rs 109.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 287.04 per cent at Rs 2.09 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.71 per cent to Rs 9.61 crore as against Rs 13.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.75 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 58.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 81.74 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.30 crore).
