Wipro Q2 net profit down 3.66% at Rs 2614.20 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2,614.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2713.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.17 per cent at Rs 17,770.00 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16,895.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.46 per cent to Rs 14,513.90 crore from Rs 13,633.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 14.70 per cent at Rs 892.30 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1,046.10 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.19 per cent to Rs 3,256.10 crore as against Rs 3,262.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.13 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 17.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 282.70 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.46 per cent at Rs 900.50 crore (Sep'24 Rs 994.60 crore).
