Blue Dart, South Asia’s leading express logistics company, has inaugurated its largest Green Integrated Ground Hub in Pataudi, Haryana, marking a major step in expanding its nationwide express network and advancing sustainability goals.
Spanning 50,558 sq. m, the state-of-the-art facility integrates e-commerce, domestic express, and ground operations under one roof. Located just 50 km from Delhi airport, it offers seamless multimodal connectivity and optimizes logistics flow—reducing vehicle movement by 30% and improving throughput speed by 10%.
Equipped with advanced automation and an auto sorter capable of handling 200,000 shipments per day, the hub can manage 2,283 tonnes daily and is future-ready till 2033.
Managing Director Balfour Manuel said the facility “symbolizes sustainability, automation, and scalability,” reinforcing Blue Dart’s commitment to faster, more reliable, and greener logistics.
The Pataudi hub features GoGreen initiatives, including a 600 KVA rooftop solar plant, EV charging stations, and natural skylights, significantly cutting energy use and emissions.
With over 250 ground routes, eight freighters, and reach across 19,000 pin codes, Blue Dart continues to enhance its infrastructure to support India’s growing logistics and e-commerce sectors while staying on course toward its 2050 net-zero emissions goal.
