Umiya Buildcon Q2 net profit zooms 334.07% at Rs 5.86 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 334.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.48 per cent at Rs 10.54 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.87 per cent to Rs 7.40 crore from Rs 8.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 873.85 per cent at Rs 6.33 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.47 per cent to Rs 3.14 crore as against Rs 4.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.35 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 4.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.69 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.77 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.43 crore).
