Adani Enterprises has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended September 30, 2025

As of September 2025, 73.97% is owned by Promoters and 26.03% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 58.29% and Foreign Promoters holds 15.68%.

Institutional holds 18.56% (Insurance Companies 4.35%) and Non-Institutional holds 7.47% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Adani Enterprises company are Gautambhai Shantilal Adani and Rajeshbhai Shantilal Adani (on behalf of S.B.
