Laxmi Organic Indust - Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into a Global Sourcing Agreement dated 09/09/2025 with Hitachi Energy Limited, Zurich, Switzerland for supply of an eco-efficient gas used in Hitachi Energy's SF6-free high-voltage switchgear portfolio.
