Insolation Energy - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Dis

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new subsidiary, namely MGPG Green Infra Private Limited on 18th August, 2025 and received Certificate of Incorporation on 21st August, 2025. MGPG Green Infra Private Limited has been incorporated as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants.
