Innova Captab - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure

This is in continuation to our intimation dated August 7, 2025 and pursuant to regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (\Listing Regulations\), we wish to inform that the company has entered into the purchase agreement dated 21st August, 2025 for purchasing the land admeasuring approximately 20 Bighas 16 Biswas situated at Village Kunjahal, Pargana-Dharampur, Tehsil -Baddi, District-Solan, Himachal Pradesh in the name of Innova Captab Limited to pursue Company's business expansion plans.\r\nThe details required to be furnished under regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November, 2024 have been attached as Annexure 1.
