NTPC Green commissions 49 MW at Khavda Solar Project, Gujarat

NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL) on Thursday announced that 49 MW of capacity at the Khavda Solar Energy Project in Bhuj, Gujarat, will commence commercial operations from August 22.

According to an exchange filing, this third phase of the 300 MW Khavda project has been successfully commissioned and will be operational from 00:00 hrs on August 22, 2025.

The first and second phases, with capacities of 142.2 MW and 32.8 MW respectively, were already commissioned on June 28 and June 30.
